Inspired is looking for an Investor to play an integral role on our team. As an Investor at Inspired, you will be part of all aspects of the deal flow process, with an emphasis on independently sourcing high-quality opportunities and driving diligence with extreme thoughtfulness.

We invest deeply in every member of our team and are looking for someone who wants to fully commit to the next chapter of their career. This role is based full-time in our New York headquarters in Union Square.
Key Responsibilities
- Source unique deals from a proprietary set of deal flow, cultivating high-quality investment opportunities through research and relationship development
- Own key diligence workstreams including market analysis, competitive landscaping, and financial assessment
- Compose detailed investment memos, outlining the pros and cons of potential investments
- Build and evaluate financial and operating models, assessing unit economics and key drivers of scale
- Research emerging industries and become a subject matter expert in key areas that align with the firm’s theses
Requirements
- Strong self-starter, with a commitment to learning
- 2-5 years of relevant experience (i.e. venture, investment banking, private equity, hedge fund, startup)
- Proficient in modeling, market-sizing, and presenting data-driven and qualitative analysis
- Analytical thinker with the ability to synthesize data into clear investment insights
- Clear, concise communicator
- Obsessed with entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem
- Low ego, high hustle
