Built through our network of emerging managers.

Venture5 has spent years delivering the market intelligence, people, and deals shaping venture capital.

Along the way, we have built strong relationships with emerging managers across the industry.

Venture5 Syndicates builds on those relationships by bringing together accredited investors around select opportunities from our emerging manager network, including companies Venture5 is investing in.

Venture5 will review your profile. If it appears to be a fit for the network, we may contact you to learn more about your investment background and experience.

Am I committing to invest?

No. Submitting an investor profile is non-binding. It is not an offer or invitation to invest.

Do I need to be an accredited investor?

Yes. Venture5 Syndicates is currently intended for accredited investors.

For an individual, common ways to qualify include:

  • A net worth of more than $1 million, individually or with a spouse or spousal equivalent, excluding the value of a primary residence.
  • Individual income of more than $200,000—or joint income of more than $300,000—for each of the prior two years, with a reasonable expectation of reaching the same income level in the current year.
  • Certain qualifying professional credentials held in good standing, including the Series 7, Series 65, or Series 82 licenses.

Other individual and entity-based qualification routes may apply. Review the SEC’s accredited-investor guidance and consult your attorney or financial adviser if you are unsure. Eligibility will be confirmed for each offering.
