🔵 Bryan Rosenblatt is leaving his role as a Partner at Craft Ventures. Bryan will be launching his own seed-focused solo fund. Craft Ventures is a venture capital firm focusing on technology businesses.
EASTERN US
🟠 Michael Dial joined Chugai Venture Fund as Managing Director. He was previously General Partner at Hatteras Venture Partners. Chugai Venture Fund is Chugai Pharmaceutical’s CVC, backing early-stage life sciences and drug discovery companies globally.
🟠 Tobias Citron was promoted from Principal to Partner at Primary Ventures. Primary Ventures backs early-stage startups across fintech, consumer, SaaS, and digital health, primarily at the seed stage.
WESTERN US
🟣 Leon Tong joined Singtel Innov8 as an Investor in San Francisco. He was previously an intern at Sabanci Climate Ventures. Singtel Innov8 invests in technologies supporting global communications and digital infrastructure.
🟣 Charles Smith and Alexander Stoeckel were promoted from Venture Partner and Partner, respectively, to Managing Partner at Joyance Partners. The firm backs science- and tech-enabled innovations that improve human well-being and health.
🟣 Fabián Ronisky was promoted from Senior Associate to Principal at L’ATTITUDE Ventures, an early-stage fund investing in Latino-led U.S. tech companies.
🟣 Caroline Ciaramitaro joined V0 by Vercel in a Community role after leaving True Ventures. V0 is Vercel’s AI-native interface builder for generating full-stack UI components.
🟣 Davis Treybig was promoted from Partner to General Partner at Innovation Endeavors, a firm backing technical founders applying hard engineering and science to transform large industries.
MIDWESTERN US
🟡 Lucas Haskins was promoted from Senior Associate to Principal at South Dakota First Capital, which invests in early-stage software, medical device, agtech, energy, and industrial technology companies across the Upper Midwest.
LATAM
⚫ Pedro Moreira joined NXTP Ventures as an Investor. He was previously a Partner at Mevo. NXTP backs early-stage tech startups across Latin America with a focus on SaaS, logistics, and workflow-efficiency software.
EUROPE
⚪ Aimee Bryce joined Kadmos Capital as an Associate. She was previously a Consultant at Lux Research. Kadmos invests in early-stage deep tech and impactful technologies across Europe.

⚪ Liza Miller was promoted from Project Manager to Associate at NUNC Capital, a European firm focused on defense, security, dual-use, and NATO-aligned emerging tech.
⚪ Michelle Cheng joined Bessemer Venture Partners in London in a Talent role. She was previously Talent Director at Notion Capital.
ASIA
🟢 Wei Cong Seah joined Genting Ventures as AVP of Investment. He was previously Investment Manager at ARKRAY, Inc.. Genting Ventures invests globally in startups aligned with the group’s gaming, leisure, entertainment, and hospitality ecosystem.

🔴 United States-based UKG Ventures launched a strategic investment arm to back early- and growth-stage worktech startups, including Financial Wellness Labs, Intermezzo.ai, and Acadian Ventures.
🔴 San Francisco, CA-based R136 Ventures closed its third fund to back growth- and late-stage B2B software and fintech companies in the US and Israel.
🔴 Boston, MA-based J2 Ventures closed a $250M fund to back early-stage startups in advanced computing, cybersecurity, and communications infrastructure.
🔴 New York City-based nvp capital closed Fund II to lead pre-seed and seed rounds backing vertical AI startups transforming real-world, under-digitized industries.
🔴 New York City-based Park Rangers Capital closed a $4.3M debut fund to back community-driven early-stage startups.
🔴 Hamburg, Germany-based Oyster Bay closed its second fund at over €100M to back startups shaping the future of food in Europe.
🔴 India-based India Accelerator, V S Fortune, launched a Rs 100–150 crore early-stage fund to back proptech and construction-tech startups.
🔴 Finland-based Vendep Capital closed an €80M fund (Fund IV) to invest in early-stage B2B AI-focused SaaS startups across the Nordics and Baltics.
🔴 Europe-based Backed VC closed a $100M Fund III to back frontier tech startups, as well as a £76M seed fund to back European startups innovating in AI therapeutics, blockchain infrastructure, and manufacturing automation.
🔴 Milan and Naples-based Step Fund held a first close at €30M for its early-stage fund targeting digital startups—particularly AI, fintech, healthtech, B2B software, and the connected world—with an emphasis on Italy and Southern Europe.
🔴 London, UK / Geneva, Switzerland / Jersey-based Medicxi closed a €500M fund to back drug hunters and entrepreneurs creating asset-focused therapeutics companies that address unmet medical needs.
