🟠 Rahul Meka and Daniel Yum were both promoted to Partner at Playground Global. Playground Global is an early-stage deep-tech venture capital firm.
🟠 Tony Shi joined Felicis as an Investment Partner. Tony previously worked at Pear VC as an Investor.
🟠 Stephanie Palmeri transitioned from Partner to Venture Partner at NextView Ventures. NextView Ventures is a seed-stage venture capital firm.
🟠 Brian Quinn is leaving his role as a Partner and Head of Platform at Pruven Capital. Brian is joining Ode with Anthropic. Pruven Capital is a venture capital firm focusing on vertical and horizontal software.

🟣 Dev Ittycheria joined Sequoia Capital as a Senior Advisor. Dev previously held leadership positions including President and CEO and as a Board Member at MongoDB.
EUROPE
⚫ Andrew Raisman joined VenCap International plc as a Chief Executive Officer. Andrew previously worked at Vontobel Asset Management as a Managing Director. VenCap International plc invests in venture capital funds.
⚫ Stephen Smith transitioned to Group Chief Strategy and UK External Affairs Officer at National Grid Partners. National Grid Partners invests in companies that accelerate the future of energy.
⚫ Marc-Étienne Mercadier joined Revaia as a Partner to co-lead the firm’s debut energy transition fund. He previously worked at Eiffel Investment Group as a Director. Revaia’s new fund will invest in energy companies.
⚫ Shahar Graf and Martin SFP Bryant joined Ground State Ventures as Head of Ecosystem and Head of Communications, respectively. Shahar previously worked at HoQ as a HoQ Lead while Martin previously founded Big Revolution. Ground State Ventures is a venture capital firm backing quantum technology startups.

These firms are ready to write checks, with new funds recently closed.
🔴 Germany-based Uplift Ventures closed its $116M fund to back founders building in physical AI, energy, enterprise AI, and logistics.
🔴 London-based Zinc launched its $94.6M fund in partnership with the British Business Bank. The Science-for-Impact Fund will support deep-tech companies.
🔴 Berlin-based Auxxo closed its second $38.67M fund to back European female founders.
🔴 Palo Alto-based Rohati Capital closed its debut $50M fund to focus on early-stage venture funds.
🔴 San Francisco-based Prompt Capital is raising $40M for its debut fund to invest in AI-enabled enterprise software.
🔴 Tel Aviv-based Swish Ventures closed its third $250M fund to invest in cybersecurity, cloud and AI infrastructure, physical AI, defense, and government technology.
🔴 India-based Industrial47 raised $8.9M in the first close of its debut fund to target space systems, defense, energy, maritime intelligence, and advanced manufacturing.
🔴 New York-based Luma Group closed its $410M life sciences fund.
