These firms are ready to write checks, with new funds recently closed.

πŸ”΄ San Francisco-based Pinegrove Venture Partners closed its twelfth $1.5B fund. The fund will invest in early-stage managers, as well as expansion-stage managers.

πŸ”΄ Chapel Hill-based TrueBridge Capital Partners closed its second $508M secondaries fund.

πŸ”΄ London-based Clean Growth Fund announced the second close of its Fund II, bringing total commitments to $109.9M. The fund will back early-stage UK companies that have the potential to cut carbon emissions.

πŸ”΄ London-based Crane Venture Partners raised $484M across four investment vehicles.

πŸ”΄ Denmark-based Seed Capital closed its fifth $150M fund to focus on cybersecurity, fintech, and AI-driven B2B companies.

πŸ”΄ Milan-based The Techshop SGR announced a $49.6M first close for its second fund. The fund will target pre-seed and seed AI-powered B2B software startups.

πŸ”΄ Boston-based Volition Capital raised $950M for its sixth fund to back bootstrapped founders.

πŸ”΄ North Carolina-based Cape Fear BioCapital closed its first fund to invest and build therapeutics companies. The fund amount was undisclosed.
