🟠 Nikhil Raman was promoted to Investment Partner at Union Square Ventures. To our knowledge, this is only the second promotion from junior investor to Investment Partner in the firm’s history. The first was Nick Grossman.
🟠 Brian Schechter was promoted to General Partner at Primary Venture Partners, where he focuses on enterprise infrastructure hardware and software.
🟠 Kelley Mak left his role as a General Partner at Work-Bench. Work-Bench is a seed-stage B2B enterprise venture capital firm.
🟠 Arunima Raavi was promoted to Senior Director at ADP Ventures. ADP Ventures, the venture arm of ADP, invests in founders reimagining the future of work.

🟣 Chase Caffrey joined Discipulus Ventures as an Investor. Chase previously worked in the investment office at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Discipulus Ventures is a venture capital firm backing founders in El Segundo.

🟢 Michelle Aguinis left her role as a Principal at Menlo Ventures.

⚫ Jérôme Nycz joined Boreal Ventures as a Strategic Partner and member of the Investment Committee. Jérôme previously worked at BDC as an Executive Vice President and Head of BDC Capital. Boreal Ventures is a venture capital firm focusing on Canadian companies with an early product-market fit.
⚫ Nicole LeBlanc left her role as a Partner at Woven Capital. Woven Capital is Toyota’s independent growth fund focusing on the future of mobility.
⚫ Sarah Gowe was promoted to Product and Operations Director at Forum Ventures. Forum Ventures focuses on early-stage B2B startups.
AFRICA
⚪ Harriet Adinkrah was promoted to Investment Principal at 4DX Ventures. 4DX Ventures is a Pan-Africa-focused venture capital firm.
EUROPE
🟡 Luca Bocchio joined Balderton as a General Partner. Luca previously worked at Accel as a Partner.
🟡 Martin Krag is leaving his role as a Partner at byFounders. byFounders is an early-stage venture capital firm.
🟡 Jakub Zimola joined Miton in the New Ventures team. Jakub previously worked at J&T Ventures as a VC Investor. Miton builds European consumer internet, ecommerce, and AI companies.

NEW FUNDS
These firms are ready to write checks, with new funds recently closed.
🔴 San Francisco-based Pinegrove Venture Partners closed its twelfth $1.5B fund. The fund will invest in early-stage managers, as well as expansion-stage managers.
🔴 Chapel Hill-based TrueBridge Capital Partners closed its second $508M secondaries fund.
🔴 London-based Clean Growth Fund announced the second close of its Fund II, bringing total commitments to $109.9M. The fund will back early-stage UK companies that have the potential to cut carbon emissions.
🔴 London-based Crane Venture Partners raised $484M across four investment vehicles.
🔴 Denmark-based Seed Capital closed its fifth $150M fund to focus on cybersecurity, fintech, and AI-driven B2B companies.
🔴 Milan-based The Techshop SGR announced a $49.6M first close for its second fund. The fund will target pre-seed and seed AI-powered B2B software startups.
🔴 Boston-based Volition Capital raised $950M for its sixth fund to back bootstrapped founders.
🔴 North Carolina-based Cape Fear BioCapital closed its first fund to invest and build therapeutics companies. The fund amount was undisclosed.
