🟠 Bryan Rosenblatt is leaving his role as a Partner at Craft Ventures. Bryan will be launching his own seed-focused solo fund. Craft Ventures is a venture capital firm focusing on technology businesses.
🟠 Sallie Jian joined Alumni Ventures as an Investment Partner. Sallie previously worked at Diageo as the North America Head of Ventures. Alumni Ventures is America’s largest venture firm for individual investors.
WESTERN US
🟣 Emma McDonagh was promoted from Vice President to Principal at Overture Ventures. Overture Ventures is an early stage venture capital firm focusing on energy, artificial intelligence, resilience, and industrial transformation startups.
🟣 Wael Jabir was promoted to Chief of Staff at Hustle Fund. Hustle Fund invests in “hilariously early” startups.
🟣 Brady Harris joined Ollin Ventures as a General Partner. Brady previously worked at IXOPAY as a CEO. Ollin Ventures is a venture capital firm focusing on the next wave of AI-native vertical SaaS platforms.
EUROPE
🟢 Oliver Kicks was promoted from Partner to General Partner at Concept Ventures. Concept Ventures is a pre-seed fund supporting European founders.

These firms are ready to write checks, with new funds recently closed.
🔴 Boston-based Glasswing Ventures closed its over $200M Fund III to invest in pre-seed and seed-stage companies using AI to transform the enterprise B2B and cybersecurity industries.
🔴 San Francisco-based Munich Re Ventures’ $1.2B fund is being wound down. The fund focused on sectors such as Insurtech, HealthTech, Cybersecurity & Privacy, Resilient Future, and Built World. (More here)
🔴 Menlo Park-based MVP Ventures closed its second $125M fund to back early stage startups at the intersection of AI, hardware and software.
🔴 Chicago-based CMT Digital closed its fourth $136M fund to focus on blockchain companies.
🔴 Palo Alto-based Section Partners closed two funds totaling $189M that will support late stage venture backed technology companies.
🔴 Luxembourg-based Balnord raised its first $81M fund to focus on startups across the Baltic Sea Region.
🔴 Amsterdam-based HenQ launched its fifth $104M fund to support Europe’s B2B software founders.
🔴 Lagos-based Ventures Platform raised $64M for its second fund to back early-stage startups across Africa.
🔴 Netherlands-based Forbion closed its $231M Forbion BioEconomy Fund I to target investments at the nexus of biotechnology and planetary health.
🔴 Wyoming-based Lowercarbon Capital is raising a second nuclear fusion fund. The amount of the fund is undisclosed.
🔴 Amsterdam-based Rubio Impact Ventures closed its third $80.9M impact investing fund.
🔴 Belgium’s Henchman founders, Gilles Mattelin and Julie Capiau, launched 100IN, an $11.5M pre-seed fund targeting tech builders.
🔴 Amsterdam-based TIN Capital closed its Cyber Tech Fund V at over €80M. The fund will invest in cybersecurity startups across Europe.
🔴 Lisbon-based Armilar closed its $138M Fund IV to invest in disruptive technologies in Portugal, Spain, and the rest of Europe.
💻 San Francisco-based Root Ventures closed its fourth $190M fund to support seed stage technical founders.
