🔴 New York-based Citrine Venture Partners closed its $50M fund to invest at the intersection of fintech and AI.

🔴 Austin-based Overmatch Ventures closed its second $250M fund to focus on defense, space, and deep technology sectors.

🔴 London-based Climate Investment closed its second $450M fund.

🔴 Pune-based Pentathlon Ventures closed its second $27M fund to back B2B startups.

🔴 California-based Sonder Capital closed its second undisclosed fund to focus on AI-enabled medical robotics and minimally invasive therapies.

🔴 Toronto-based BKR Capital closed its second $14.5M fund to support technology startups led by black founders.

🔴 Illinois-based Simplify Group launched its new venture capital firm, Simplify Ventures. The firm will back early stage B2B SaaS and AI-native platforms, healthcare technology, enterprise infrastructure, AI-powered solutions, vertical SaaS and vertical AI, and fintech companies.

🔴 Prague-based Credo Ventures launched its fifth $88M fund to back pre-seed founders from Central and Eastern Europe and their diaspora.

🔴 Bogotá-based Alive Ventures closed its second $55M fund to invest in early stage startups from Colombia and Peru that are focused on financial inclusion and climate solutions.
