🟠 Nik Milanović’s This Week in Fintech was acquired by Plaid. Nik is also currently a General Partner at The Fintech Fund.
🟠 Ben Parr and Matt Schlicht‘s Moltbook was acquired by Meta. Ben currently serves as a Co-Founder and President at Octane AI, as well as a Managing Partner at Theory Forge Ventures. Matt serves as CEO at Octane AI.
🟠 David Chiodo joined Vintage Investment Partners as an Investor. David previously worked at Sagard as a Vice President. Vintage Investment Partners invests in the leading funds and startups in the US, Europe, and Israel.

NEW FUNDS
These firms are ready to write checks, with new funds recently closed.
🔴 Menlo Park-based Kleiner Perkins announced its twenty-second $3.5B venture fund. $1B will be used to back early stage companies while $2.5B will be used to invest in their growth funds and back category-defining businesses.
🔴 UK-based Air Street Capital closed its third $232M fund to target early stage AI companies across North America and Europe.
🔴 Virginia-based Sands Capital closed its third $1.1B Global Innovation Fund to invest in technology businesses, with a focus on AI, industrial technology, and intelligent infrastructure.
🔴 Paris-based 360 Capital raised its second $98.7M fund to support early stage deeptech startups.
🔴 Warsaw-based Montis VC launched a $57.5M fund to back European startups in energy transition, industrial transformation, and applied AI.
🔴 South Korea-based Hana Financial Group launched a $340M infrastructure fund to back AI and renewable energy projects.
🔴 London-based SuperSeed secured up to $67M from the British Business Bank to invest in early stage B2B AI and SaaS startups, with a focus on physical AI sectors.
🔴 California-based Celiac Disease Foundation announced a new venture philanthropy fund to back innovations in celiac disease across early detection, prevention, education and awareness, and cures.
