⚪ Héléna Cavell joined Jibe Ventures as a Partner. Héléna previously worked at Redseed as a Principal. Jibe Ventures is an early stage venture fund with a mission to create human connections with founders.
NEW FUNDS
These firms are ready to write checks, with new funds recently closed.
🔴 Menlo Park-based Andreessen Horowitz raised $15B across multiple different funds and strategies.
🔴 France-based Servier launched Servier Ventures and will invest $233.5M in biotech and technological companies.
🔴 New York City-based Lupus Research Alliance launched a new philanthropic venture fund to focus on treatments and diagnostics for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and related autoimmune conditions.
🔴 Xirius Ventures raised $50M for its maiden fund to focus on backing applied and physical AI startups.
🔴 Los Angeles-based Morpheus Ventures raised $94.8M thus far for its third fund. The fund will invest in early stage startups in the fintech and financial services sectors.
🔴 New York City-based Acumen raised $250M in blended capital to expand clean energy access across sub-Saharan Africa.
🔴 Nebraska-based Grit Road Ventures closed its second $35M fund to invest in agtech startups.
🔴 Denmark-based PSV Hafnium, the Technical University of Denmark’s spinout fund, closed its $70M debut fund to back Nordic deeptechs with their origins in research.
🔴 Paris-based makesense closed its $17.5M fund to focus on circular and socially inclusive ventures.
