🟣 Eric Flaningam was promoted to Partner at Felicis.
🟣 Maha Malik was promoted to Vice President at Bessemer Venture Partners.
🟣 Zac Geinzer left his role as an Investor at Commonweal Ventures. Commonweal Ventures is an early stage venture capital firm focusing on companies that partner with the government.
🟣 James Reina joined a16z as a New Media Growth Partner. James previously worked as a Chief of Staff to MrBeast.

🟢 Jack Altman joined Benchmark as a Partner after being a solo GP at Alt Capital. Jack’s existing team at Alt Capital, Bala C., Vivek Katara, and Nate Collins also joined Benchmark alongside him.
🟢 Veronica Orellana was promoted to General Partner at CRV.
🟢 Arif Janmohamed is transitioning from a Partner to a Venture Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners. Arif will be launching his own early stage venture firm.
🟢 Dhinuka Perera launched OH.io and serves as an Ecosystem Partner. Dhinuka previously worked at Konvoy Ventures as the Head of Platform. OH.io is a venture group with the goal of bringing 100 AI companies to Columbus.
🟢 Uma Chalik joined Torch Capital as an Investor. Uma previously worked at Eniac Ventures as an Investor. Torch Capital is a brand focused investment firm investing in tech-enabled companies that transform how consumers and businesses operate.
🟢 Marni Blake Ellis joined Lightspeed Venture Partners as a Vice President of Production. Marni previously worked at Entreprenista as a Member of the Entreprenista League.
CANADA
🟠 Stephanie Mouchbahani-Constance was promoted from Senior Associate to Principal at Kli Capital. Kli Capital is an early stage investment firm focusing on founders solving overlooked problems in the US, Israel, and Emerging Markets.
ASIA
⚪ Jo Wongcharoenyai was promoted from Principal to Partner at SeaX Ventures. SeaX Ventures is an early stage venture capital fund focusing on foodtech, biotech & life science, AI, robotics, blockchain, quantum computing, and sustainability tech.
NEW FUNDS
These firms are ready to write checks, with new funds recently closed.
🔴 Paris-based Elaia closed its fifth $142M digital venture fund.
🔴 Peru-based adn.vc confirmed an initial $2M raise for its first fund. The fund will invest in pre-seed fintech and proptech startups across Latin America.
🔴 California-based Karmel Capital closed its $170M fund to back AI infrastructure companies and related software ventures.
🔴 New York City-based All Aboard Ventures closed its $99M maiden fund to invest in the energy and climate sectors.
🔴 Seligman Ventures, the venture capital arm of Seligman Investments, launched with $500M to invest across technology companies in the AI and cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and modern data-center hardware verticals.
🔴 San Francisco-based Kindred Ventures raised $227M across two funds to invest in AI, crypto, fintech, digital health, and consumer marketplaces.
🔴 Boston-based W Health Ventures closed its second $60.7M fund to launch and scale healthcare companies.
🔴 Chicago-based Multimodal Ventures closed its $15M fund to invest in Y Combinator backed startups at the seed stage.
🔴 JumpCloud Inc. launched its new venture arm, JumpCloud Ventures. The fund will support early stage companies building identity, security, AI, and IT productivity solutions.
🔴 Bengaluru-based Java Capital closed its third $44M fund to invest in seed stage deeptech startups.
