πŸ”΄ Peru-based adn.vc confirmed an initial $2M raise for its first fund. The fund will invest in pre-seed fintech and proptech startups across Latin America.

πŸ”΄ California-based Karmel Capital closed its $170M fund to back AI infrastructure companies and related software ventures.

πŸ”΄ New York City-based All Aboard Ventures closed its $99M maiden fund to invest in the energy and climate sectors.

πŸ”΄ Seligman Ventures, the venture capital arm of Seligman Investments, launched with $500M to invest across technology companies in the AI and cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and modern data-center hardware verticals.

πŸ”΄ San Francisco-based Kindred Ventures raised $227M across two funds to invest in AI, crypto, fintech, digital health, and consumer marketplaces.

πŸ”΄ Boston-based W Health Ventures closed its second $60.7M fund to launch and scale healthcare companies.

πŸ”΄ Chicago-based Multimodal Ventures closed its $15M fund to invest in Y Combinator backed startups at the seed stage.

πŸ”΄ JumpCloud Inc. launched its new venture arm, JumpCloud Ventures. The fund will support early stage companies building identity, security, AI, and IT productivity solutions.
