Glenn Tucker is the Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at Left Lane Capital, where he focuses on fund and firm management functions including accounting, investor relations and reporting, IT, treasury, tax, and compliance.
Prior to Left Lane Capital, Glenn served as Controller at Tenex Capital Management, a private equity firm investing in middle-market businesses. Prior to Tenex Capital Management, Glenn was at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) for approximately six years. During his tenure at PwC, he led audits of financial guarantee insurance, life insurance, and infrastructure clients. His areas of focus while at PwC ranged across numerous types of investments, employee benefit plans, internal controls, valuation, credit monitoring, and technical accounting matters.
Glenn holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Accounting from Penn State University.
