In this role, you will ensure that our venturing unit reaches the next level technologically, data-driven, and operationally. You will combine AI expertise, automation, and entrepreneurial thinking, translating these into measurable added value across our investment and venture-building activities.

• You observe the artificial intelligence landscape with real depth and recognize where artificial intelligence creates real added value, where lean automation works better, and where human judgment remains crucial.
• You will further develop our venturing processes using data – from deal flow, due diligence and portfolio management to structured venture-building workflows.
• Together with the team, you will build the AI ​​and data infrastructure of the unit and ensure reliable data quality, meaningful system landscapes and practical AI workflows.
• You empower the team to use AI meaningfully in everyday work through joint experimentation, concrete applications and pragmatic solutions.
