Lightscape Partners
Investor (Senior Associate / Principal)
About Lightscape Partners
Founded in 2023, Lightscape Partners is an early-stage investment firm backing ambitious founders at the preseed through Series C stages across compute, robotics, infrastructure software, data, and applied AI. The firm invests partner capital and holds a portfolio of 30 investments.
The Role
This is a high-ownership investing role across the full lifecycle of venture. You will source deals, build relationships across the AI ecosystem, lead or support diligence, and work closely with partners on investment decisions.
You will be expected to develop your own theses and turn them into real opportunities. That means going out and finding founders early, building conviction quickly, and helping the firm win access to the best deals.
You will operate as a core member of a small team. You will have a voice in what we invest in and why. This is not a support role. We expect you to think independently, take positions, and execute.
Success in this role looks like building a strong proprietary pipeline, earning trust with founders and peers, and consistently contributing to high-quality investments.
