About us
Orange Ventures is the French autonomous corporate venture capital fund of the Orange group.
We invest in Europe and Africa in innovative software startups in various sectors (IA, fintech, cybersecurity, sovereign technology, e-health, data…), with 350M€ under management and several investment vehicles:
- Global Champions Growth fund (series A+) with tickets from 3M€ to 20M€
- MEA fund with tickets from 200k€ to 500k€

Your missions
As an analyst in the Orange Ventures team you will have the opportunity to work on our two different funds and explore multiple tech-related subjects !
Your main missions will be:
- Sourcing of new investment opportunities and dealflow management
- Weekly meetings with entrepreneurs
- Evaluation and analysis (market, competition, business plan…) of investment opportunities from sourcing to closing
- Market research with deep dive and mapping on subjects that you would like to present to the investment team
- Contribute to portfolio companies’ valuation and assessment of re-investment opportunities
- Active participation in ecosystem events
Who are we looking for ?
- Student in gap year or master degree with a business/finance or engineer background
- You are tech-savy and have a strong interest for innovation 🙂
- Prior experience in VC/Startup or M&A/PE/Audit is greatly appreciated
- You are fluent in english (C1 level) and french native or bilingual
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
- You have strong analytical skills and natural curiosity
- You are autonomous and proactive
Our recruitment process
If you are selected based on your resume and answers to our form, we do two rounds of interview:
- First interview: fit and technical interview with an analyst and/or associate
- Second interview: case study with an associate and/or principal
