As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone to help build the next chapter of Nexus Bay Capital.

We invest in leading venture capital funds and exceptional startups. This provides a unique vantage point across the venture ecosystem and the opportunity to work closely with leading venture investors, founders, and startups.

💼 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨
✅ Source, evaluate, and recommend investments in leading venture capital funds and startups.
✅ Support fund managers and portfolio companies through strategic partnerships.
✅ Monitor portfolio performance and support investor reporting and LP communications.
✅ Support fund operations, fundraising, and strategic initiatives across the firm.
✅ Build AI-powered workflows that improve how we invest and operate.

🎯 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫
🎯 1-5 years of relevant experience. Prior venture capital experience is helpful but not required.
🎯 High agency, sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a bias toward execution.
🎯 High integrity, professionalism, and humility.
🎯 Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to wear many hats.
🎯 Passion for technology, startups, venture capital, and AI.
