  • Building financial models and valuation analyses across companies, funds and secondary transactions
  • Conducting detailed financial, commercial and investment due diligence
  • Evaluating the key merits, risks and return characteristics of prospective investments
  • Working directly with private equity and venture capital managers throughout the diligence process
  • Preparing investment materials and presenting opportunities to the global Investment Committee
  • Supporting the monitoring and analysis of existing portfolio investments
  • Participating in meetings with underlying fund managers

Candidate Profile:

We are looking to speak with candidates with approximately 1–3 years of experience across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Growth Equity or a similarly analytical and transaction-focused environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
  • Excellent quantitative capabilities and commercial judgement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A clear interest in Technology, Growth and Venture Capital investing
  • A collaborative approach and strong work ethic
  • Previous Technology sector experience would be particularly relevant given the team’s investment focus
