A Stockholm venture capital fund investing in early and growth-stage technology companies is hiring an Associate to support sourcing, diligence and portfolio work across the Nordics.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen early and growth-stage opportunities across the Nordic tech ecosystem
- Run commercial, financial and market due diligence on prospective investments
- Build investment cases, returns analysis and memos for the investment committee
- Map sectors and competitive landscapes to shape thesis and proactive founder outreach
- Support portfolio companies on KPIs, fundraising and strategic projects post-investment
Requirements:
- Two to four years in venture capital, growth equity, startup operating/strategy, investment banking or strategy consulting
- Genuine fluency with technology business models, metrics and the Nordic startup landscape
- Strong analytical and financial skills, plus the commercial instinct to spot and chase good deals
- Self-starter comfortable owning a sourcing pipeline and engaging founders directly
- Based in or relocating to Stockholm; Swedish language is mandatory
