We’re hiring an Investment Associate / Principal to help us strengthen our presence in the US startup ecosystem and build meaningful relationships with founders.
This is not a traditional finance-only investing role. We’re looking for someone who is highly connected in the startup world and naturally strong at building founder relationships and generating warm introductions.
You may be:
- an ex-founder
- an early-stage VC investor or scout
- a startup operator
- an ecosystem/community builder
- or an ex-MBB consultant who later moved into startups
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with startup founders across the US ecosystem
- Improve founder response and engagement rates
- Generate warm introductions to high-quality startups
- Source and evaluate investment opportunities
- Represent the fund within the startup and venture communities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong startup/founder network, ideally in SF/Bay Area
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Genuine interest in startups and venture investing
- High social intelligence and strong founder credibility
- A STEM background is a plus
