In the role of Finance & Management Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the PAPA OSCAR management team on all projects at the holding and subsidiary levels. • Comprehensive support for diverse operational and strategic projects at the holding and subsidiary levels.
• Operational and administrative support for management in day-to-day business
• Preparation of financial analyses, business cases and scenario calculations at the holding and investment level
• Analysis of monthly and quarterly reports
• Support in evaluating new investment opportunities
• Participation in due diligence processes
• Preparation of decision-making documents and management presentations from an operational and strategic perspective.
• Research on markets, competitors and industry trends
• Further insights and collaboration in all areas of finance and accounting across the entire group.

• You are currently completing your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Studies or a comparable degree program with a financial background.
• You bring relevant practical experience in using the common MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word).
• You think analytically and enjoy handling data and numbers safely.
• You have a basic understanding of business management principles and accounting.
• You are fluent in German and English.
• You enjoy taking on responsibility and approach tasks with a high degree of independence.
• You enjoy working in a young team, are communicative and work proactively.
