Who we are: Counterpart Ventures is a San Francisco based VC fund investing in B2B AI startups at Seed- Series B (lead/co-lead/join syndicates) deploying checks ranging $1-5M ($132M Fund III). We embrace a flexible and innovative funding model that creatively aligns with the needs of our portfolio companies. We help build companies by providing meaningful access to real customers and strategic partnerships via our corporate venture capital community, the Counter Club.
Counter Club represents the most active and engaged network of CVCs among any traditional VC firm. Almost 800+ corporate VCs are members from all around the world. We can create this community as our founding General Partners Patrick Eggen & Joe Saijo bring 20+ years of CVC experience to Counterpart Ventures.
