Created in 2023 by the ADSN Group, ADNEXUS is an investment fund specializing in the protection, exchange and storage of sensitive data for regulated professions. 

ADNEXUS offers a unique investment model to startups that contribute to the development of digital trust.

The fund combines in-depth sector and technology expertise with a responsible approach in the legal, real estate, and compliance sectors. Through rigorous selection and leading-edge operational support, ADNEXUS propels its supported startups into the high-potential markets of regulated professions.

We invest in seed (pre-seed and seed) sectors such as Cybersecurity, Legaltech, Data management, AI and Proptech.

🎓 Your missions: 

Immersed in a close-knit and experienced team, you will be involved in every stage of the investment process:

💡 Sourcing & Qualification : Identifying promising startups, market research, initial contact

🤝 Analysis & meeting with the founders : interviews, understanding of the models, the team, the vision

📊 Studies & evaluation : market analysis, competitive positioning, due diligence, business model, KPIs

📝 Committee preparation : drafting clear and concise investment notes

📚 Strategic & sector monitoring : enriching investment theories through research, studies & benchmarks 

📈 Portfolio monitoring : collaboration with supported startups (reporting, operational issues)

🌐 Ecosystem events : participation in tech/startup events (conferences, pitch sessions, etc.)

This internship is for you if you are:

Master’s student, Business School, Engineering School or equivalent university student (on a gap year or end-of-studies internship). 

Prior experience in VC funds, startups, M&A, strategy consulting, or an accelerator/incubator is a significant advantage.

Possessing a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship , and a genuine intellectual curiosity

Comfortable with numbers, structuring analyses , and capable of rapid synthesis

Autonomous, proactive, rigorous, with the ability to thrive in a demanding environment and as part of a team

Excellent writing, presentation and communication  skills

Location: Paris 17th arrondissement with 2 days of remote work per week

Compensation: €1100 / month

A one-year work-study program is possible depending on the profile and pace of training.

We are a collective of more than 530 employees who have been working daily for more than forty years to digitize the profession of notaries and other regulated professions.

Our headquarters are historically located in Venelles, near Aix-en-Provence, in modern, well-equipped buildings that promote collaborative work. We also have offices in Paris , and some of our teams work remotely throughout France.

Forty years ago, we began our collaboration with notaries to ensure the dematerialization of their services.

Since then, the group has developed numerous tools and applications to support notaries in their duties as public officers.

Technological expertise at the service of regulated professions, and in particular the notary profession, constitutes the cornerstone of the Group through its 3 entities: ADSN, ADNOV and ADNEXUS .
