Alpha Partners is hiring a Senior Associate for our Israel Fund!
Alpha operates very differently from other growth-stage venture capital firms: Instead of fighting for allocation for the best deals in the venture eco-system, we partner with early-stage VCs or other insiders on the cap. table that have the access (but not neccessarily the capital) to invest in the round, sharing carry with them in exchange for access.
Today, we manage over $500M and see 68% of all growth-stage venture deals in the US and Israel, having reviewed over 800(!) growth rounds last year. We’ve invested in many iconic companies at early growth/growth stages leveraging our model, such as Perplexity, Kalshi, Baseten, Apptronik, Shield AI, Decart and many more. In many cases, we are the only external investor joining the round aside from a tier-1 US fund. After making the investment – we relentlessly focus on only one aspect: Making the highest quality customer and investor introductions to our portfolio companies.
We’re looking for someone who is extremely sharp, passionate about technology and obsessive about accessing and assessing the top growth stage companies in the US and Israel. Most of all, we’re looking for an individual who has deep connectivity in the venture eco-system and thrives on building relationships.
